Teams of 2 people, each player on a team plays their own ball throughout a hole. After both players finish, the lower score is the team’s score for that hole, and this is repeated for every hole to get the team’s total score for the round. It is a team format where partners compete against another team.

Points are awarded per hole based on the player’s net score (after handicap adjustments) compared to par, with a higher point value for better performance like a birdie or eagle. If a player cannot score a point on a hole, they can pick up their ball and move to the next one, which helps speed up play.
